Does MPF ship worldwide?

We ship from our warehouse in Cyprus (EU) all our products internationally via DHL Express, or FedEx International Priority.

At the moment due to suspended border and other issues we are NOT shipping to the following countries: Russia,Belarus,Ukraine,Turkey and Iraq.

How can I pay?

Our store accepts all credit cards via Stripe secure payments, along with PayPal and Apple Pay.

How long does it take to deliver the products?

Upon receiving the order, we need up to 48 hours to dispatch the goods. We have 2-3 business days delivery time for European Union buyers, 3-5 business days delivery for United States and up to 7 business days for rest of the world.

Please keep in mind that these delivery times are approximate, and although deliveries are usually faster than these times, due to Covid-19, expected delivery times may differ.

Do I have to pay customs duties upon arrival?

All orders outside European Union are going through customs clearance. We do not charge the buyer for any customs fees and duties therefore the customers are obliged to pay any customs fees and duties that may occur at their country customs.

What happens if I do not pay customs duties?

Customers are obliged to pay customs duties when the goods arrive at the destination country. If the customer refuses to pay the duties, then the goods will be returned to and all costs will be charged to MPF. Therefore, MPF is not obliged to refund any amount of the money as stated in terms & conditions/ Delivery and collection.

Is there a replace / refund policy at MPF?

Our “goodwill” replace policy is offered only on products that are faulty or damaged when arrived to the buyers location for up to 14 days. For a replace  items must be unused, returned in the original packaging and in a re-saleable condition.

Can I purchase MPF products as a company with VAT ID?

If you are purchasing as a company located in the European Union, inside the shopping cart there is a small box where you can type your VAT ID. Please make sure that the VAT ID is written correctly and it is in the correct format. After you insert the VAT ID click checkout, if you proceed to the page where it asks to insert your address and information it means that the VAT ID is correct and the VAT will be detucted, if you click checkout and it stays at the same page, with the VAT highlighted with RED colout it means that either the VAT ID is wrong or doesnt exist.

MPF store does not accept my credit card.

We accept all credit cards via Stripe secure payment. As soon as you insert your credit card information the system validates immediately the credit card and proceeds on the payment. If the credit card is declined then the credit card information has been typed wrong, the credit card may have been expired or the credit card has insuficient funds to complete the purchase.
